Comprised of professional actors, role-players and role-play trainers who can be seen regularly on stage and television. Corporate Roleplayers has had extensive experience in the corporate and medical role-playing industry since 2006.

 

Corporate Roleplayers is a pioneer in Singapore’s medical role-play scene and is the most experienced medical role-playing provider in the country. 

 

Corporate Roleplayers is the Singaporean contact for American training company EffectiveArts LLC. (EA). Since 2006, it has undertaken the responsibility of planning and coordinating the role-play resourcing for their training events. This involves fulfilling training contracts to multiple local healthcare groups and organisations which use actors for communication trainings. Together with EA, it's team of experienced professional actors have researched, studied and undergone extensive training for the past 10 years. They have trained hundreds of professionals in training events that can run for as long as a month per year. They specialise in high fidelity, high stakes simulations with the experience and expertise to scale the scenes; from one-on-one scenarios to full blown conferences involving multiple actors.

 

Actors from Corporate Roleplayers started to venture into the Standardised Patient Programmes in the 3 local Medical schools in late 2010 and for the past 6 years have been actively involved in their training sessions and Clinical Performance Examinations for their cohorts of hundreds of medical students, counting over a hundred unique rehearsals a year. 

 

They are well trained and comfortable with giving valuable and constructive feedback to the participants, something that takes experience, practice and great insight.     

 

They are also involved in role-playing and resourcing at training events for other industries ranging from MNC’s to Financial Institutions. These events have included interviewing potential senior management, contract negotiations, crisis management and management skills training.
